Serenity Now 02:36
Remember the first time we got high? It was perfect fall weather in July. Twenty past midnight, but slightly unconcerned about the time. Remember the snow falling gently? It always settled itself on the dirty concrete, and then the sun started to rise and we were slightly more aware about the time. Well, how have you been doing lately? I bet you're probably not wondering the same thing, drinking Colt 45's, going broke and always working overtime. Well I guess I'm doing fine on my own, but we both know that's a lie. I've been away for too long Can't wait to never go back I've been awake for too long And then my vision turned black Remember the last time we got high? We tried to savor the hits to preserve the good times Drinking whisky and rye, like the song, but just a little bit off time And it's been a rough year in the Northeast, It's going home that I give a fuck about the least. But, I did a drive by past the restaurant we would frequent all the time. Yeah, I ordered the same thing, but the food just didn't taste as good this time. I've been away for too long Can't wait to never go back I've been awake for too long And then my vision turned black

Alabama Slam 02:30
My high is coming down the days are getting longer And my eyes, they are brown a very simple color and Tony's at the beach, swimming in the water Maybe he can teach me how to swim a little stronger Remember when I drowned? You threw me an umbrella and maybe if I could swim good, I could've lived to tell ya I'm sorry I'm still here Can't stop apologizing I know that it is bad for you, but ain't it tantalizing? Remember when I bled? Flowing like a river You danced like there was no one around, and cut another sliver I don't want this anymore Age brings a new perspective You can still get off on the feeling, just a little less effective I don't want this anymore.
